The online shop Purevelmoraqx sells over-the-counter acoustic sound amplifiers, accessories for hearing aids, as well as cosmetic and mechanical items for ear hygiene and daily care. Scope of delivery, quantity, and materials are listed on the product pages. Photos are for illustrative purposes. Packaging may vary slightly in individual cases.

An order is considered placed once checkout is complete. We confirm receipt by email. The sales contract is formed upon dispatch of the goods. If goods are unavailable or details are invalid, we may reject orders. Any money paid will be refunded promptly.

All prices are stated in EUR including sales tax, where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Accepted payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. In cases of obvious pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct them before shipping. In that event, you may confirm or cancel.

Product photos show the actual items. Screen settings and lighting conditions may slightly alter color tones. Such variations do not constitute a defect and do not warrant a refund or free return shipping. Dimensions, materials, and package contents are listed with each item.

We bear the transit risk until delivery to your shipping address. After that, you are liable for loss or damage to the package. Please have visible transit damage noted by the courier immediately. Please notify us within 48 hours.

You can return ordered goods within 30 days of receipt. The terms and conditions are listed on the returns page. The statutory warranty law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to consumers within 24 months of receiving the goods. The statutory warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, but excludes normal wear and tear of earpieces or damage caused by improper cleaning and moisture ingress.

• Goods manufactured to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal requirements (such as individually fitted earmolds).
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded.
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, provided that their seal was removed after delivery (for example, opened earplugs, used cleaning brushes, cleaning solutions, or unsealed tips).
• Goods that, after delivery, were inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
• Audio or video recordings or computer software supplied in a sealed package, provided that the seal was removed after delivery.

Subject to mandatory statutory provisions, liability for slight negligence is limited to the typically foreseeable damage, but not exceeding the total value of the respective order or the amount of 100,00 €. Statutory liability claims remain unaffected by this.

Purchases require a minimum age of 18 years. Always use hearing aids and accessories according to the product instructions. These items do not replace a visit to an ENT specialist.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country where the customer has their habitual residence. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, jurisdiction shall lie with the court at the company's registered office. Statutory consumer protection laws at your place of residence remain valid.
