   what happens if the hearing aid does not fit

   You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please only test the interchangeable silicone tips carefully without wearing the device throughout the day. If you are not satisfied, you cover the return shipping costs.

   what material are the earpieces made of

   The interchangeable earpieces are made of soft silicone. The device housing is made of dimensionally stable ABS plastic. Both materials are odorless and easy to wipe clean.

   how to clean the device properly

   Carefully remove the silicone tip from the housing. Clean the tip with a dry cloth or under lukewarm water without soap. Reattach the part to the ABS plastic body only after it has fully dried.

   will i receive an invoice for my order

   We include a printed invoice with itemized VAT with every delivery. You can pay for your order either in advance via bank transfer or in cash on delivery. We do not offer other payment methods.

   does the courier deliver without an elevator

   The parcel courier delivers directly to your apartment door. For cash on delivery payments, please have the exact invoice amount ready in cash. Orders placed on business days before 11:00 AM are packed the same day.

   how does the refund process work for returns

   Once we receive and inspect the unused goods in their original packaging, we transfer the amount to your bank account. Please provide your bank details along with the return shipment. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
