Preserving value through scheduled moisture control
Condensation forms inside the housing due to body heat. Moisture causes short circuits or low volume. An organized routine protects the mechanics. Dry the components daily in a drying container or an active drying station.
Morning and evening steps
Open the battery compartment in the evening. Remove the zinc-air cell if the device will not be used for an extended period. Wipe the housing with a soft cloth. Do not use alcohol-based cleaners on ABS plastic, as this could make the material brittle.
- Drying: At least six hours of resting time in the drying container.
- Brushing: Gentle removal of dry earwax with a soft brush.
- Visual check: Inspecting the sound outlet for blockages.
Replacement and contact care
Zinc-air cells need air before insertion. Wait two minutes after removing the tab. Carefully clean the battery contacts in the housing with a dry swab. For questions about accessories, our technical customer support is always ready to assist.
